1. The battery line is burnt out
If only part of the battery line is burned out, check the parts in contact with the cable burned out, clean the burr and replace the battery line. If all the battery wires are burnt out, the starter is out of order. A test light is connected to the positive pole of the starter electromagnetic switch and the positive pole of the battery. If the test light is on, it indicates that the electromagnetic switching fails; If the test light is not on, it indicates that there is a fault inside the starter.
2. The Wire Harness between the positive terminal of the generator and the terminal of the starter battery is burned out
Stop the generator, remove the lead of the positive pole of the motor, connect a power cord between the battery + pole, and the other end is in contact with the positive pole of the generator. If there is a spark, it indicates that the generator is faulty. If there is no spark, it indicates that the Wire Harness is faulty.
3. Wire Harness and relay lead burned out
Turn off the power switch, remove the relay and let it hang in the air. Connect a test light between the relay shell and the body. If the light is on, it indicates that the relay is faulty; If the light is not on, perform the following steps. Turn on the power switch. If the test light is not on, it indicates that the relay is not faulty and only replace the Wire Harness. If the test light indicates that the relay is faulty, replace the relay.
